Shipping is currently available within Australia only. Your shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout, depending on the weight of your order and your location. All orders are Signature on Delivery.
Please allow one to three business days to process your order prior to shipping.
Customers can also choose to pick up their purchase from Thornbury at no extra cost. Exact time and location will be discussed via email after the purchase has been approved.
If you live outside Australia and would like to purchase a piece please contact me for an international shipping quote.
Should a breakage occur during shipping, please contact me within two days of receiving the damaged item and provide photographs (needed to claim delivery insurance). I will happily provide you with another item at the same price point or refund your payment.
It is recommended that all ceramics pieces are hand washed.
Be aware that sudden changes in temperature (from hot to cold or vice versa) can result in thermal shock and breakage.
Please choose your piece thoughtfully as I am unable to provide returns or exchanges for change of mind.
